1. Overview

By using jdmfind.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. jdmfind is a small independent store selling hand-picked Japanese Domestic Market goods sourced in Tokyo and shipped to the US.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are final at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment details.
  • Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Shipping

  • All orders ship from Tokyo, Japan.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by item.
  • Delivery times vary based on the carrier and shipping method selected.
  • Tracking information is provided once the label is created. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
  • Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees applied upon delivery. These are determined by US customs and are not included in the item or shipping price.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, are the wrong item, or are materially different from the listing. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. All goods are sourced second-hand or from retail in Japan. Minor wear consistent with age or storage is expected on used items and may not be individually noted in listings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on jdmfind.com — including photos, text, and design — is owned by jdmfind. Product names and brand names belong to their respective owners. jdmfind is not affiliated with any of the brands whose products are listed.

7. Limitation of Liability

jdmfind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to binding arbitration under US law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
